Island Boy T-shirt Designs is a line designed and run by Smiley Jay. Most designs carry a strong musical or Hip-Hop theme, but others also vary from humorous to spiritual to (ofcourse) sexual. Though those design concepts (and maybe more) are acceptable, there is a strict policy against violence, drugs, and anything gang related.
